At Safecollection, we are committed to your satisfaction with our gift wrapping and handmade gift services. We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned, and we're here to help.

Custom and Handmade Items

Due to the personalized nature of our handmade gifts and custom wrapping services, these items are generally non-returnable. Each piece is created specifically for you based on your specifications and preferences.

If you are not satisfied with a custom order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will work with you to find a satisfactory solution, which may include modifications or store credit.

Standard Gift Wrapping Services

If you are not satisfied with our standard gift wrapping service, please contact us within 7 days of service completion. We may offer to re-wrap the item or provide a refund at our discretion.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective handmade item, please notify us immediately with photos of the damage. We will:

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and returned to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.

Exchanges

We are happy to discuss exchanges for handmade items when possible. Contact us to explore available options based on current inventory and production schedules.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. Once production has begun on custom or handmade items, cancellations may not be possible.
